If you’re prescribed Medical Cannabis, you can typically expect to pay around £150 per month* for medical cannabis medication.

Pricing is very much dependent on the form (flower or oil), dosage, the balance of THC and CBD, and other factors.

We're happy to refund you in full if you provide us at least 72 hours notice before your pain assessment.

Before you join the online pain programme you'll be required to complete the initial pain assessment with a consultant. If you have your medical records ('Summary Care Record') you'll typically be able to see a consultant within 7 days.

Once you and enough people to fill a group have completed the pain assessment, we'll invite you to book into sessions on a first-come first-served basis. We'll endeavour to provide a spread of dates and times during the week.

We expect the first programmes to start from October.

The programme will be led by consultant physiotherapist Diarmuid Denneny. Diarmuid is a senior clinical physiotherapist with a long history of working with people who live with pain. His experience and expertise is evident in his roles as chair of the Physiotherapy Pain Association, a national special interest group for physiotherapists, as well as committee member on the recent NICE guideline for chronic pain. He has spoken at international and national conferences as well as delivering teaching to a range of professionals on topics related to chronic pain management.

Each session will additionally be attended by a pain specialist clinician such as a psychologist or pain nurse specialist.

We were the UK's first fully-online chronic pain clinic. We offer:

• 1:1 clinical support with specialist pain consultants, psychologists, physiotherapists and clinical nurse specialists.

• Evidence-based treatment plans and access to emerging treatments not available on the NHS such as medical cannabis.

• Online pain management programmes, clinician-led and self-guided.

Your initial consultation will take place with a specialist pain consultant. It'll be an online video call.

You'll spend roughly half an hour with them. They'll discuss your medical history, the medications you’ve tried previously and your goals for treatment.

During the consultation you'll create a personalised treatment plan together.

The plan may include further assessment, support and treatment from other members of our clinical team. For example, physiotherapists, psychologists and specialist pain nurses.

The nature of chronic pain means that no two initial consultations and no two treatment plans are the same.

Spaces for each cohort will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Each group will comprised of up to 14 people living with pain in the UK.

While you'll have access to the content each session discusses, we'll not be able to record the sessions due to patient privacy.

You'll have lifetime access to our online pain management programme for continued support and learning.
