How we helped Paul.

Medical Cannabis

Paul was hoping to take less opioids due to the side effects he was experiencing and received a full medication review. He was prescribed a medicinal cannabis oil to take when he will be on his feet for a long period of time. His treatment will be reviewed regularly to track his progress.

Bespoke exercises

Paul was set activity goals that where in line with his goal of losing weight to help with his knee pain symptoms. Paul’s clinician listened to his concerns and discussed a gentle exercise plan that could help Paul lose weight without triggering a flare-up.

Paul’s clinician listened to his concerns about the anxiety that he was facing at work from having regular flare-ups. They suggested mindfulness exercises to help him feel more comfortable whilst at work and reduce stress.
