  • You'll discuss your medical history, medications you've previously tried and your treatment goals.

  • If you and your consultant agree that medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option, they'll issue a prescription. If prescribed, you'll need to attend a follow-up appointment with a clinician every 3 months.

  • We'll send you an email copy of this info and give you a courtesy call to answer any questions you have.

  • After you pay to secure your Initial Consultation, we'll send you access to the Leva Clinic app to begin the patient registration process.

  • Your personalised treatment plan may include further assessment, support and treatment from other members of the clinical team to ensure we are providing you with the best possible care.

  • If required, appointments with other members of the clinical team, such as physiotherapists, psychologists and specialist pain nurses range from £99-£150 per appointment.

Monitoring your care

  • If you receive medical cannabis treatment, you must attend a follow-up appointment with a clinician every 3 months in order to continue to receive your medical cannabis prescription. The cost of follow up appointments is £99.

  • As part of the T21 project you'll also receive quarterly questionnaires to monitor your symptoms.

  • You'll also have full access to our online pain management programme which includes various various pain management resources developed by our clinical team.

What happens next?

  • If you'd like to go ahead and to get started, click the button to pay for your initial consultation.

  • We'll then share access to the Leva Clinic app for you to begin the registration process, which will include sending us a a copy of your medical record, a copy of your photo ID, and completing our consent forms.

  • Once completed, we will send you a link to book your appointment with a consultant.

  • Your consultant will review your medical records to learn more about your case history. Medical cannabis treatment will only be considered as a treatment option if other available treatment options were not suitable or did not help in the management of your condition. You can get a copy of your medical records by contacting your GP practice and requesting your Summary Care Record, or you can provide us with any other medical documentation regarding your pain condition that you have access to for your consultant to review.
