Worth up to £350 if paying privately elsewhere for the same consultants.
Together with your consultant you'll create a treatment plan to help you find pain-life balance - better meds, mind and life. All based on your goals.
The plan becomes our roadmap throughout your journey with Leva.
You'll see a pain specialist under the guidance of your consultant for an extended follow-up every 3 months to check on your progress. These start from the second 3-month cycle onwards.
See a member of your team after the first 6 weeks to help you get settled in to your new treatment plan.

Join your peers as our team of consultants, nurse specialists in pain, physios and psychologists lead interactive learning programmes to help you create lasting behavioural change.
You'll meet peers also working with Leva and guest appearances.
Unlock the latest pain science (without the ‘painsplaining’). Go on a journey through over 26 hours of written, audio and video content covering 12 modules, all in your own time.
We'll guide you through the latest scientific insights in a way that not only makes sense but empowers you to take meaningful action. Think of it as brain-training for your pain journey.
All within a web app, accessible on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Instant access to flare-up tools when you need them. Whether you're in need of immediate relief or long-term strategies, we've got your back. It's like having an expert by your side, ready to assist exactly when you need it.
If you're prescribed you'll receive prescriptions for cannabis-based medication.
You’re in control of your prescriptions: they're requested within our app, delivered discretely and you can stop them at any time.
Note: cost does not include medication itself, which is charged by the pharmacy. A typical prescription costs the equivalent of £5 per day.
Your fee includes access to a duty consultant to review prescription change requests. Fair usage applies.
Note: if your requested change requires an increase in strength, dose, or adding a new medication then this would require a consultation at extra cost.
Every 3 months the team will meet to discuss your treatment progress and make sure you're on the right path. You don't need to do anything but rest assured that multiple leading specialists will have you top-of-mind regularly.
Our patient support team are on the end of a phone call or email, by your side every step of your journey with us. Supported by an on-call duty consultant.

Frequently asked questions
We’re able to support any person who has been experiencing pain for longer than 3 months - ‘chronic pain’.
To be considered for medical cannabis treatment plans you’ll need to meet additional criteria:
You’ll need to be 18 years ago or over
Your pain is not improving despite current best evidence treatment on the NHS or equivalent. This differs from condition to condition but might mean you’ve been prescribed a number of different medications or tried injections. For an idea of what this might include, see the ‘Treatments’ section of the NHS website for your condition - like here for Fibromyalgia. Your Pain Consultant will discuss the specific criteria with you at your initial consultation.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible for medical cannabis treatment.
If you’ve previously experienced psychosis or schizophrenia we may require a psychology assessment first.
Please note, any prescription decisions are at the discretion of our pain consultants.
Here’s a non-exhaustive list of conditions and symptoms we treat:
Arthritis
Back Pain
Cancer Pain (NB the pain management programme element of the offer may not be appropriate for people receiving active treatment for cancer)
Chronic Post-Surgical Pain
Chronic Widespread Pain
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
Diabetic Neuropathic Pain
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
Endometriosis
Facial Pain
Fibromyalgia
Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Joint Pain
Knee Pain
Migraine
Multiple Sclerosis pain
Neck Pain
Neuropathic Pain
Phantom Limb Pain
Post-Herpetic Neuralgia
Sciatica
Your first pain assessment (initial consultation) will be with a specialist pain consultant online via video call and will last approx 30 minutes.
During your appointment, you will discuss your medical history, the medications you’ve previously tried and your goals for treatment. Based on this, your consultant will create a personalised treatment plan for you.
The treatment plan will look holistically at your pain, how it impacts your life and what you'd like to achieve. It will balance medication, lifestyle and changes to your relationship with pain.
If you and your consultant agree that medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option for you they'll issue a prescription. You may be prescribed medication in the form of an oil, a flower or a combination of both. This will be discussed with you during you appointment with the consultant.
Your plan may also include further assessment, support and treatment from other members of our clinical team.
Appointments with other members of the clinical team, such as physiotherapists, psychologists and specialist pain nurses range from £99-£150 per appointment.
If you and your consultant agree that medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option for you they'll issue a prescription. You may be prescribed medication in the form of an oil, a flower or a combination of both. This will be discussed with you during you appointment with the consultant.
Oil products cost around £150 per 30ml bottle, and flower products range from £5-9.50 per gram. On average a patient will pay ~£150 per month for their medication.
You will be prescribed a 30 day supply of medication at a time. You will be able to request repeat prescriptions between your quarterly consultations via our app.
Medications are dispensed by specialised pharmacies who will deliver your medication to your home address.
In order to help keep costs down for you, we're proud to take part in Project T21. Project T21 is a registry that collects real-world evidence for the efficacy of medical cannabis treatment. If you and your consultant agree that medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option for you, you will have access to medications on the T21 formulary that are subsidised for patients who take part in the project.

If you book your initial pain assessment and later change your mind that's no problem. Just let us know at least 3 days before the time of your appointment and we'll happily issue a full refund.
